Cash or check: When treatment is paid in full at the time of service, we extend a courtesy discount to our patients without dental insurance.
Credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
We accept all major insurance carriers. We are happy to work with you and your carrier to help you maximize your benefits.

We require payment prior to the completion of your treatment. If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is completed, your refund will be determined upon review of your case.
For plans requiring more than two appointments, alternative payment arrangements may be provided. Note: All copays are due at the time of service. Any remaining balance after insurance has paid is the patient’s responsibility.
If there is any reason you are unable to make your appointment, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. A last minute cancellation or failed appointment fee will be automatically added to your account, which can be reviewed. We do understand life happens, which may require you to move your appointment. Giving our office at least a 48-hour notice gives us the opportunity to offer the opening to another patient.
