Payment Options

Cash or check: When treatment is paid in full at the time of service, we extend a courtesy discount to our patients without dental insurance.

Credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Health Plans

We accept all major insurance carriers. We are happy to work with you and your carrier to help you maximize your benefits.

Other Payment Options

Benefits of this payment option:

  • Allows you to pay over time.
  • Convenient, low monthly payment plans are available.
  • No annual fees or pre-payment penalties.

Payment Terms

We require payment prior to the completion of your treatment. If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is completed, your refund will be determined upon review of your case.

For plans requiring more than two appointments, alternative payment arrangements may be provided. Note: All copays are due at the time of service. Any remaining balance after insurance has paid is the patient’s responsibility.

If there is any reason you are unable to make your appointment, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. A last minute cancellation or failed appointment fee will be automatically added to your account, which can be reviewed. We do understand life happens, which may require you to move your appointment. Giving our office at least a 48-hour notice gives us the opportunity to offer the opening to another patient.

Our office will only be treating emergencies.

Dear Patients,

In an effort to help control the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), our office will limit appointments to essential and emergency procedures until May 18, 2020 or further notice.

If you have an upcoming hygiene or non-urgent appointment, we will be in contact with you soon to reschedule and we will notify you when we are fully prepared to resume business as usual for all of our patients.

If you are scheduled for an urgent procedure we may contact you to see if you would like to reschedule and have your treatment completed sooner. We also want to assure you that we have implemented enhanced infection control procedures for the safety of our patients and team members.

We care about each of you and hope that you and your family will remain in good health during this difficult time.

Our phone lines will remain open to all of our patients for questions and concerns. If you are experiencing pain or have any dental emergency, please don’t hesitate to call our office at 413-665-3460.
